Assessable Income is not gross salary; Annual Value is not property price. “Not indicated” means this quick rule did not match, not a formal rejection. Personal cash is never added to household vouchers or account credits.

A useful way through this page

  1. Keep personal cash, household vouchers and account credits in separate buckets.
  2. Use the worksheet only to build a shortlist from published rules.
  3. Confirm eligibility and delivery directly with GovBenefits; never submit credentials here.

There is no single “government payout”. Some support belongs to a person, some to a household, and some is credited to CPF, MediSave, an SP utilities account or a Town Council account. The worksheet keeps those units separate.

The Assurance Package payment in December

The official table calls the final instalment the “2027 disbursement”, but schedules it for December 2026. A qualifying resident adult citizen with zero or one property gets S$250 at AI up to S$39,000, S$150 above S$39,000 to S$100,000, or S$100 above S$100,000. Owning more than one property produces S$100 under this table.

The June tranche splits equally between participating heartland merchants and hawkers and participating supermarkets. One household member claims with Singpass and may share the link. A legitimate link begins https://voucher.redeem.gov.sg/; bank details are not required to claim CDC Vouchers.

U-Save and S&CC rebates

Singapore benefits in 2026: official tables explained: HDB flat type (table 6)

U-Save is credited to the SP account, cannot be encashed and rolls over if unused. S&CC is expressed in months because Town Council charges differ. Their household tests are not identical.

MediSave and CPF top-ups

2026 GSTV MediSave generally covers eligible resident citizens aged at least 65, with AV no higher than S$31,000 and no more than one property. It ranges from S$150 to S$450 by age and AV.

The Budget 2026 CPF Top-Up is separate. It generally covers citizens born in 1976 or earlier, with relevant retirement savings below the 2026 BRS of S$110,200, AV no higher than S$31,000 and no more than one property. Depending on savings and AV, the published amount is S$500, S$1,000 or S$1,500. It enters RA in December 2026, or SA if no RA exists; it is not bank cash.

Schemes a quick worksheet should not pretend to decide

Workfare depends on work status, current and 12-month average income, age, property, spouse and CPF records. Silver Support considers lifetime CPF contributions, household income and housing, with quarterly support for eligible seniors. ComCare is assessed more holistically by Social Service Offices. These belong in an “also check officially” list, not in a false precise total.

Methodology, delivery and scam safety

The worksheet converts published GovBenefits tables into deterministic rules, using birth year rather than a full date of birth. It cannot inspect IRAS, CPF or HDB records, resolve appeals or know whether another household member claimed a voucher. A result is a shortlist for official confirmation.

Personal cash normally uses PayNow linked to NRIC — a mobile-number link is not the same — then registered bank details or GovCash. No legitimate official needs a bank password to deliver a benefit. This site never inserts a form between the reader and GovBenefits.
